Zero to Indexed: Building an SEO Strategy for an AI Divination Platform
How we took a brand-new domain from zero keywords to a 225-page content strategy using only free tools — no Ahrefs, no SEMrush.
This is the real story of how we built a 225-page content strategy for our AI divination platform — using nothing but free tools. No Ahrefs, no SEMrush, no $200/month subscription.
Starting point: Brand-new domain, zero backlinks, zero indexed pages. The niche already had established competitors pulling hundreds of thousands of monthly visits.
The approach: A systematic workflow — keyword discovery (Google Autocomplete) → volume validation (Bing Webmaster) → competition scoring (KGR) → competitor gap analysis. All free APIs, zero monthly cost.
The key insight: Almost every competitor runs a Bazi calculator, but none explains why true solar time matters. That was a blue ocean — we built 38 city-specific education pages around a single concept nobody else was covering.
The result: 225 pages across three tiers — tarot card meanings (bilingual SEO hooks) → Bazi education articles → English dream interpretation pages (Jung/Freud framework as differentiation). Everything interlinked, with llms.txt for AI discovery.
The lesson: You don’t need expensive tools to build a content strategy. You need a systematic workflow and the discipline to target low-competition, high-intent keywords. ZensInk Pro automates this pipeline — feed it your domain and seed keywords, get back a prioritized content plan.
This is a real case study. The platform described is our own project, echoir.xyz.
