ZensInk is operated by UZEN Labs as an independent project. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What We Collect
If you purchase a Pro package, we collect:
- Your email address (to deliver your license key)
- Payment confirmation (processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details)
- Your license key and verification status
If you use the free CLI tools, no personal data is sent to us. The tools communicate directly with Google, Bing, and your own Search Console account.
How We Use Your Data
- To deliver and verify Pro package downloads
- To provide customer support if you contact us
- To send transactional emails (license key delivery, support replies)
We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by a third-party Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or other payment credentials. We only receive a payment confirmation and your email address from the payment provider.
Cookies
ZensInk does not use tracking cookies. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. These tools do not track individual users across other websites.
Third-Party APIs
The CLI tools connect to the following third-party services:
- Google Autocomplete — for keyword suggestions (anonymous, no account needed)
- Bing Webmaster Tools — for search volume data (uses your own API key)
- Google Search Console — for your site's search data (uses your own OAuth credentials)
Your API keys and OAuth credentials are stored locally on your machine and are never transmitted to ZensInk servers.
Data Retention
Purchase records and license keys are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@zens.ink.
