About ZensInk

What ZensInk is

ZensInk is an open-source SEO workflow toolkit built for indie developers and solo builders. It started from a simple frustration: doing serious keyword research and technical SEO work should not require a $200/month subscription stack. The free CLI tools run on the Python standard library alone — zero pip dependencies, no vendor lock-in, no telemetry. The Pro package extends the same philosophy into an automated, end-to-end workflow engine: keyword clustering, KGR scoring, competitor gap analysis, and a full-audit pipeline that runs from raw keywords to a prioritized strategy report.

How we work

ZensInk is independently developed and operated. Every methodology published in the Journal — SERP structure analysis, keyword clustering, GEO scoring — is tested on real sites first and documented with reproducible steps. The free tools are MIT-licensed on GitHub; the Pro package is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. We believe tools should be transparent about what they measure and honest about what they cannot.

Principles

  • Zero dependencies where possible — Python stdlib only, clone and run
  • Free-first: the core keyword research loop costs nothing and needs no paid API
  • Methodology over data dumps — every score explains what it measures and why
  • One-time pricing for Pro, not recurring subscriptions
